2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided during account registration — including name, contact details, and payment information — must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bu444 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit is not credited, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from bu444 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Security

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bu444 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or, depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager only 25 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawal (৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000). The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per member.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• bu444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If an unusual or fraudulent betting pattern is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

bu444's VIP program has four tiers, determined based on members' account activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

The process for advancing VIP tiers is determined by bu444 and they hold the final decision on this matter. Cashback benefits apply each week and are provided subject to specific conditions being met.

8.2 User Rights

A user may also request to close their own account, in which case the support team must be notified. If there are any pending bets or unfulfilled bonus conditions before the account is closed, their outcomes will be settled in accordance with bu444's policy.

Specific rules apply to sports betting, casino games, and other betting products on bu444. Some general principles are outlined below:

• Each betting decision is final and cannot normally be changed after a bet has been placed.
